Description of the problem	My jeep has been on recall for over 7 months to fix the sun visor electrical problem. I am told they are working on a permanent fix since the other two fixes does not work. This is a huge fire/safety issue and it seems jeep takes forever to immediately repair any recall item. Here is a cut a paste: nhtsa recall number: opens new window takes away from vin lookup section> 15v-879 recall date: february 11, 2016 manufacturer recall number: r71 summary: the sun visors on your vehicle may experience a high resistance short at the sun visor vanity lamp wiring after a service repair to the sun visor, headliner or while gaining access above the headliner. Safety risk: this may result in an inoperative vanity lamp and/or an electrical fire. Remedy: a permanent remedy for this condition is currently under development. Fca is making every effort to finalize a remedy and obtain parts as quickly as possible.
