Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owned a 2012 jeep grand cherokee. After parking the vehicle in the garage, a burning odor was present inside the contact's home approximately 10 minutes later. The contact discovered black smoke and flames coming from the vehicle and immediately called the fire department to extinguish the flames. The fire marshall indicated that the flames were started by a faulty vanity lamp. The contact indicated that the vehicle was previously repaired according to nhtsa campaign number: 14v391000 (electrical system) in june of 2015, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was destroyed.
