Description of the problem	Sun visor wiring recall r71. Received a recall notice from chrysler today indicating that a wiring problem may cause a fire. Notice stated that they expect to have a remedy available in the 4th quarter of 2016. This does not represent "remedy the defect within a reasonable time". Nhtsa should put more pressure on chrysler to address this situation in a more timely fashiion. Was chrysler not already fined for being too slow to address safery defects?
