Description of the problem	Without warning, smoke began coming out from under the hood. Was driving along roadway for approx 5 minutes when it happened. Car then died and would not turn on; keys were stuck in the ignition as well. Diagnosed as completely dead alternator and fried battery. Car only has 30k miles on it.
