| Description of the problem | I traded in my working vw jetta for a 2012 jeep grand cherokee a month ago, we needed the space as we are expecting. Last week i went to start the jeep leaving work and it wouldn't start, i took it to the dealer who informed me that it was a fuel pump relay recall but the parts are not available. Their plan is to replace random parts and hope it fixes the problem until the parts are in.. So what exactly is a consumer to do?! You sold hard working americans garbage at top dollar and now were supposed to take the bus until you get your act together?! Further proof not to buy american! The federal government need to step in here, i'm tired or customers getting the shaft. Get the parts or buy back the product! Ill be the first to sign on a class action. |
