Description of the problem	The lug nuts on the vehicle were swollen and apparently it's a known issue with jeep i had to pay money out my own pocket to buy new lug nuts to rotate my tires which cost over $200 and when i contacted jeep via email they said they were going to diagnose the problem and reach back to me it's been over a year now and havent heard from them i contacted them 3 more times and no response. Now i have an issue with my bluetooth being connected to my phone it keeps kicking my phone out i did a reset and hasn't worked and jeep dealership is telling me its $135 to fix which i refuse if there is a known problem with jeep and the radios that should be on recall as well. I have to re-pair my phone everytime i get back into my car. The bluetooth hasn't been working since may 2019 and my lug nuts had to be replaced last year august 2018. I bought this car in 2015 and the dealership told me i had 5 year warranty come to find out i had one year remaining because it started in 2011 when the car was made. Customer service sucks more and more with these dealerships not knowing a thing ! They just tell me they dont kno anything about this or that that i complain about. Ridiculous
