Description of the problem	Purchased car new 01/2014. Intermittent issue of brake pedal not able to depress, therefore unable to stop or slow vehicle for several seconds. This occurs mostly when traveling between 45-70 mph. Vehicle has been taken to jeep dealer 4-times for ongoing issue. Brake recall has been performed. Issue still persists. I feel this car is unsafe to drive due to frequent delayed braking.
