| Description of the problem | I have a jeep grand cherokee 2011, with 58k miles, and my "ser 4 wd" and traction control lights are on. What could be the cause of this? The truck shut off while i was driving. The dealers told me when they checked it they find nothing wrong and maybe the spark plugs needed to be change. My back up camera works sometimes. When i asked why is this happening they told me maybe the circuit board may be bad. My head lights keeps going out ever 3 months, when i asked they told me there is nothing wrong with the lights, i may need to changed the bulbs to chrysler bulbs. What is going on with chrysler vehicles and why every time you go to the dealer with a known problem, they charge you a diagnostic fee of $125. 00? |
