Description of the problem	The vehicle has been experiencing stalling a couple of times before at low speeds. Also failure to start and a fan like noise coming from around the fuel pump. Chrysler issued a recall on the fuel pump relay, but i am seriously concerned since this is an issue with the tipm and that is not being addressed. The dealership is scheduling 2 months out hoping they would have the part by then, while i am driving with 2 kids in a car that shuts off on the highway at 50 mph.
