| Description of the problem | Similar to other complaint filed 2/13/2012. 2011 jeep grand cherokee, problems with the key fob 3 times (4 if you include the battery dying after just over a year) whereby driver was stranded due to key fob malfunction. First time dealer thought it was a defective key fob, however, while waiting for a replacement the then currently working key fob also malfunctioned- whereby the "defective" fob was tried and it worked again. Dealer then said a computer update was the problem and that did seem to fix the problem. However, again recently key fob would not work ¿ |
