We have called the dealer/service center that sold us the car; autopark chrysler jeep 400 auto park boulevard cary, nc 27511; many times over the last 3 months only to be told they don't have the part and are not sure when they will get the part. This is not acceptable if the defective part creates an steering issue with the car that results in loss of control, a wreak, injury, or death (esc)!
