Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2009 jeep grand cherokee. While driving approximately 30 mph down hill with pressure applied to the brake pedal, the vehicle would not stop. Repeated pressure was applied to the brake pedal and a grinding noise was heard but the vehicle would not stop until it crashed into another vehicle. A police report was not filed.
