Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2008 jeep grand cherokee 4x4. While driving 10 mph the vehicle accelerated on its own when she put it in neutral gear. She engaged the brake pedal when the vehicle started to decrease in speed and then turned it off. She was able to restart the vehicle and take it to a dealer who was unable to duplicate the failure. The diagnostic test performed by the computer indicated that the accelerator pedal was engaged up to 90 mph. The vehicle will be repaired when the parts are available.
