| Description of the problem | I live in michigan, we had snow and very cold conditions last week (january 31 2019), i was loading groceries into the back of my jeep at my grocery store and the hatch failed to stay open. The corner of the hatch hit me in the head when it came down. I didn't realize it at the time, but i had cracked my head open and needed to get staples to close the wound. I wasn't sure if the struts of the hatch were bad or if it was weather related, but it could have been even worse had it hit me in a different location. |
