Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. Upon attempting to turn the engine off, the key became stuck between the off and run positions. In order to remove the key, the contact had to wait a few minutes until a clicking noise was heard from the ignition before removing the key.
