| Description of the problem | Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. Within a month of owning the vehicle. The dealer replaced the heater motor, fuel pump, belts, and the air bag and check engine warning lights randomly flashed. The dealer replaced the driver side seat belt and indicated that the service engine light flashed because of the weather changes, which was not a diagnosis. The contact experienced the vehicle being difficult to start upon turning the key over. The dealer replaced and reprogrammed the keys, but the failure recurred. The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was 90,000. |
