Description of the problem	Tl*- the contact leases a 2008 jeep cherokee 4x4. While pulling into a parking garage the vehicle would not accelerated, instead it went into reverse. She waited a few minutes then when she tried to proceed forward the vehicle continued in reverse then jerked and struck the preceding vehicle. The vehicle was towed to the dealer, who wasn't able to diagnose the failure. The dealer stated nothing was wrong and it might have been driver error.
