Description of the problem	So the starter has been a issue ever since i bought the car from my father 2 years ago. The key seems to be the problem since i got the starter rebuilt. It just doesn't start and will turn off at times for no apparent reason which would scare everyone in the car. I was wondering if there is a recall because there should be.
