Description of the problem	Car stalls intermittently at 60-70mph. Loss of power steering, along with control of the vehicle. Vehicle re-starts up immediately after turning "off" and turning back on in park position. This has occurred more than 15 times in 6 months - with 3 near crash incidents. Dealer cannot duplicate the issue. Currently there are no fault codes indicating a 'manufacturing defect'. No diagnosis after 8 service visits. The issue has been escalated to chrysler executive group. Flight-recorder returned no data.
