Description of the problem	I was notified of a recall earlier this year concerning the wireless ignition node (win). When i went to the dealership i was told that the part in question was on back order (part # r57xbn) and was told to check back to see when they would come in. About three or four weeks ago i stopped in at bob and chuck eddy, 4850 mahoning avenue, austintown, ohio and spoke with santana williams who made an appointment for me today at 9:30. When i arrived to drop of my vehicle i was told that they was no appointment for me. I then explained the issue and handed him her card with my appointment information on it. I was then told not to worry they will take care of me. At this point the person i was talking to disappeared for a while and upon returning informed me that the part was not in. He then gave me the part number and told me to call every week until it came in and then they would schedule an appointment. It appears that the plan is to just keep putting it off until i get an accident or just trade in the vehicle.
