Description of the problem	When turning off the jeep the key won't release for sometimes 10 min up to not at all and i must disconnect the battery. This has been happening 9 months, when it first happened i took it to the jeep dealer they charged me about $200. 00 for a diagnostic test that told us nothing, so i paid to have them tell me they had no idea what was wrong but offered to sell me parts that they thought might help but no guarantee. I called chrysler to see if anyone else had this problem or if there was a recall, they said no. About october i got the recall in the mail saying when the had the parts they would contact me. Today after being stranded for the third time with a dead battery i called chrysler to see if parts are in to do the repair, they said no had no idea of when they will be. This is my only transportation and i have medical issues that have put me i the hospital 3 times, i need reliable transportation. Chrysler rep said the will not supply a rental or replacement vehicle while they figure this out. What am i to do. *js
