Description of the problem	Tl* the contact owns a 2008 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that the key was stuck in the ignition several times and the failure recurred intermittently. The vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer more than five time. Multiple parts pertaining to the ignition switch were replaced. The contact stated that the win module was replaced, the key was replaced, and the battery voltage was checked. The dealer cycled the key within the win module and it was found to be faulty. The dealer reprogrammed the win and the failure recurred. The contact indicated that the key continued to get stuck and there was a clicking noise upon releasing the key. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer who replaced the shift assembly indicating that the shift assembly was not releasing from the solenoid. The contact turned the key into an off position in park and turned it on. The vehicle was not repaired. The vehicle was not included in nhtsa campaign number: 14v567000 (electrical system).
