Description of the problem	Ignition switch does not work property; once turned off- vehicle will not start for day(s) at a time; dealership manager stated to ? Use caution? Because the vehicle could turn off while driving, and that there is no know fix to recall p57; contacted chrysler for a loaner vehicle, multiple times, and expressed safety concerns especially during the winter month; chrysler is not will to give a loner, and states that the vehicle can be driven, and that a vehicle ignition switch issue "turning off" is not a safety concern, and their policy is to not give loaners for recalls; attempted to get a time from chrysler supervisor without any luck; the dealer has failed to remedy this defect without charge and within a reasonable time. I am unable to use my vehicle while still making payments. *js
