Description of the problem	Regarding windshield clearing of 2002 jeep and 2007 jeep grand cherokee. The driver side windshield wiper does not clear the center of the windshield. The dealer suggested that i replace the wiper, which i did without success. The area that does not clear is directly in line with the drivers view. The passenger side clears well. I contacted a company that replaces windshields and they told me that the problem is with the spring tension on the wiper arm. I did not yet replace the are thinking that a new arm would have the same spring tension. My daughters jeep ( the 2002) has the same problem. How could this condition have existed for 5 years without correction? It would seem unlikely that these 2 cars are the only ones that have this problem. Do you have any record of this condition causing accidents?
