Description of the problem	Tire wears on inside wall where tread meets sidewall on goodyear rsa emt tires i have gone through 4 tires now all with the exact same issue. Goodyear has worked with me on "pro-rating" at a reduced price to replace. I am still unhappy with tires failing after less than 10,000 miles and having to pay to replace them.
