Description of the problem	I was driving at 70mph on the highway when suddenly the car "jerked" and the speed drastically decreased to 20mph. I was unable to accelerate. The check engine light came on and there was a box around prnd instead of just around drive. I got off the highway as soon as i could and drove to my local mechanic. The same thing happened to me in oct 2009 shortly after i purchased the vehicle, i brought it back to the dealer and it was fixed at that time. Now alittle over one year later the same thing happened. I am lucky that i was traveling when traffic was light or it most certainly would have caused an accident. I spoke with jeep and they were not willing to offer any assistance unless i brought the car back to the dealer in which is was repaired before, i explained that the dealership is one hour away and i would not be driving my vehicle that distance and do not currently have the financial capability to have it towed that distance. They need to issue a recall on this situation.
