| Description of the problem | When my 2007 jeep grand cherokee is in drive, there is a loss of power. The check-engine light comes on, and it's as if the car doesn't know whether it's in drive, neutral, reverse, etc. The dealer says i need a electronic shift module to the tune of $600+. After looking into this, i see it is a problem with many jeep grand cherokees. I am looking into getting jeep to take responsibility for the faulty part. |
