Description of the problem	In may of 2014 i replaced my starter because when i would attempt to start my vehicle it would crank but the engine would not turn over. The condition persisted even after putting on an new starter. I eventually went to a jeep dealer and they were unable to remedy the problem. I received a recall notice from chrysler about p41/nhtsa 14v-438 recall but was not given a time frame as to when i would be able to take the vehicle in for servicing. In the meantime i continue to drive the one vehicle and it has continued to not start in instances when i need it most. It has done so while my wife had the vehicle which has caused me great distress as she was alone and panicked when it happened. The vehicle does start eventually after about 20 minutes or so. This is unsafe and unacceptable. We spoke to a representative at the dealership where the vehicle was purchased and she told us she could not say when the part would be available. She went on to say we could wait it out or trade it in and basically tack on the amount owed on to the purchase of another vehicle. This is not an option. This situation is very inconvenient as i use the vehicle primarily to commute to work and if unable to drive to work our household income will take a huge blow. We seek remedy.
