Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep grand cherokee. The contact stated that on three occasions, the vehicle stalled and shut down completely with no power and no warning prior to the failure. The first time in 2008, she was sitting at a stop light and the vehicle shut off. The second failure occurred while she was driving approximately 50 mph and the engine shut off. The most recent occurrence, she was driving 50 mph and was able to maneuver onto the emergency lane, shift to neutral, turn the ignition off and re-start the vehicle with no hesitation. She was driving for 20 minutes each time the failure occurred. She took the vehicle to the dealership two times and the dealer told her that they could not diagnose the failure. She called the manufacturer and the representative told her that there was nothing they could do. The vehicle had not been repaired at the time of the complaint. The current mileage was 58,593. The failure mileage was 8,014.
