| Description of the problem | 2007 jeep grand cherokee (5. 7 hemi) with 50,000 miles frequently stalls both in motion and while stopped. Stalling causes all electronics to shutoff, which results in loss of power steering and brakes. Numerous times, i have almost been hit because the vehicle will nearly stop in the middle of the road. The vehicle has been taken to a jeep dealership four times for the stalling issue, which has not been resolved. The dealer claims they cannot replicate the issue. This random stalling is a severe safety hazard that endangers both me, my passengers, and people driving around me. There are thousands of posts on the web referring to the same stalling issue with the jeep grand cherokees (wk) and the jeep commanders (xk). Does someone have to be killed before anyone takes action? *kb |
