Description of the problem	While driving all instrumentation drops out. It usually comes right back on but recently has taken longer to re-register. When everything drops out the a/c no longer works and the blinkers don't work which is very dangerous when driving in the city. This occurs very often regardless of the vehicles state i. E. Stationary, local streets, highway, etc. I have taken into the shop several times and they have not been able to decipher the problem.
