Description of the problem	Late august, we received recall notice concerning ignition switch and/or keys. We were to disconnect all keys and use only the ignition key while driving the car. Chrysler said we would get a follow-up notice when the part was available and then we could schedule the repair with the local dealer. Today, nov. 26, the dealer told us the part had not even been made yet!!!! How can this happen? Need to get this problem resolved asap!!!
