Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2007 jeep grand cherokee. The contact noticed water entering the vehicle through the sunroof. The water entered the driver's side of the instrument panel and dampened the front floor of the vehicle. The failure caused the interment panel components (radio), as well as the driver and passenger side windows to not work properly for days at a time. The contact discovered this failure approximately 2-3 weeks after purchasing the vehicle. The vehicle has been to the dealer more than twelve times for this issue. The dealer finally concluded that nothing was wrong with the vehicle and it was designed to work in that manner. There was no remedy available. The contact has a video and pictures available.
