Description of the problem	The contact owns a 2007 jeep grand cherokee. While driving at an unknown speed the contact tried to apply the brakes and nothing happened. The contact hit a rcok wall,the contact hit a pickup at an angle on the front left fender and the wall at the same time, the impact pushed the pickup into a lexus suv. The contacts air bags never deployed. The vehicle came to an abrupt stop. Two police officers arrived on the scene. The contact sustained injuries to head, face, neck, shoulder,chest, back, right foream, shins and right ankle. There was a total of three vehicles involved.
