Description of the problem	Electrical power intermittently goes out due to faulty ignition switch. Chrysler has issued recall (p41/nhtsa 14v-438) and i immediately reported to dealer, newport chrysler dodge jeep ram, 310 w main rd, middletown, ri 02842, but continues to tell me that the part is on national back-order and cannot fix. I've called dealer for updates multiple times since july 2014 but dealer will not give me any information regarding part availability, has not fixed the issue or replaced ignition switch. Please assist or advise.
