| Description of the problem | All four interior door panels have cracked and broken where it attaches to the door. Consequently, the door handles become inoperable because they are attached to the panel where the cracking occurs. This is a safety issue as both driver and passengers are unable to exit quickly in the event of an emergency and might not even be able to exit at all. Chrysler offers no assistance for this known issue, which appears to occur frequently with this model year. |
