| Description of the problem | My daughter was trying to exit the vehicle and the door handle broke off. I have seen numerous posts on the internet describing the same problem. This is a serious safety hazard in the event of an accident or other emergency requiring quick exit from the car. The door must now be opened from the outside. This could result in a person being trapped in the vehicle unnecessarily. There needs to be a recall to have these defective parts replaced by jeep. |
