| Description of the problem | All four inside door handles are cracked/broken, the front driver side handle is dangling making it hard to open and the passenger front handle seems to be going in the same direction. The two rear handle casings are cracked and hopefully will last being the rear seats are hardly used. This could become a very dangerous even life threatening situation if it becomes totally broken off and unable to open it in an emergency. Supposedly chrysler/jeep claims that until my call a few months ago "they knew nothing of this matter, no one has reported this problem". I know it's not just me and at $500 a door panel it is impossible for me to have it repaired. There has to be a recall to this door casing cracking/breaking problem. Please, please help! |
