| Description of the problem | 3 of 4 door panels with door handle to get out of vehicle has broken in same place. Driver has to get out of car to open the 3 doors. This is a safety issue because no one can get out of the car execpt the driver. This is caused most likely due to the thin plastic holding the door mechanism. Also if company (jeep) did not use uv protected plastic the sun and hi temperatures in texas may have contributed to the engineering flaw. The plastic piece holds the entire handle in the door and should have used a stifner to supprot it properly. As is if accident was to happen passengers would be stuck in vehicle. |
