| Description of the problem | The rear door handle broke off. The other 3 handles have cracks in the cheap plastic. Passengers cannot get out of the vehicle without someone opening the door from the outside. This is a safety hazard and i fear that in an emergency, this easy fix could cost someone's life. Jeep does not recognize this as a problem and does not offer a recall. After doing some research, there are hundreds, if not thousands, of other jeep owners that have had the same problem. |
