Description of the problem	My passenger was getting out of car, opened the and all the plastic around the doorhandle crack, which now is a safety issue because cant use the handle to open the door, incase of an accident passenger is unable to exit, i am single with no children so the other doors aren't hardly used, there is no reason it should be weak, so i called the chrysler group to inquire about another recall i received, and mentioned this to them, they told my jeep wasn't in the recall, but have the dealer check the door, when i take it in for the other issue, and have them diagnosis it, to see if its a manufacturing defect... Which i asked if it is will it be paid for, they couldn't answer, they kept saying, maybe they could cost assist me... I don't understand there are so many complaints with this issue, plus its a safety concern, because most aren't paying to get it fixed, well i have appointment next week ..
