Description of the problem	Tl*the contact owns a 2006 jeep grand cherokee. While driving 20 mph, the vehicle would not stop when the brakes were depressed this caused her to crash into the rear of another vehicle. The contact had the vehicle towed to the dealer (sports chrysler jeep) however they refused to repair the recall for the service brakes, hydraulic: antilock: control unit/module (nhtsa campaign id #07v434000).
