Description of the problem	Both front seat belts will not lock unless you push the button to lock it in. The passenger seat belt lock in indicates it is not lock and the bell dings until use reach a certain speed. The light indicator also is on. No recall has been issued and you cant unplug it because it turns the passenger air bag off.
