| Description of the problem | I have a 2006 jeep grand cherokee. 2 months ago while driving the vehicle without warning the vehicle looses power. It seems to drop out of gear. The vehicle cannot accelerate and you have to pull over and hope it will kick back in gear. I spoke with another 2006 jeep grand cherokee owner and the exact same thing happens to him and also one of his friends. I went to edmunds. Com and it seems this is a wide spread problem. We contacted jeep and they said sorry it is out of warranty. This is not an isolated safety problem. I hope you can protect the american citizen from the sale and future use of faulty automobiles. These vehicle problems should be address before people die. Thank you. |
