Description of the problem	The headlights, dashboard light, and interior lights all flicker spontaneously. The headlights have went completely out at night while driving. Sometimes the headlights do not come on at all or takes several attempts before coming on. At times the headlights and interior lights will flicker on and off for several seconds before cutting off. When raining and using the windshield wipers and headlights the lights will flicker on and off. This has been occurring for over a year and i am unable to drive the vehicle at night for fear of the lights going out.
