| Description of the problem | I received this recall this month however, this jeep had three instances of losing engine power by last november 2014. When we called the hotline then, after going to a dealship three times, noone at chrysler could or would help us so this vehicle was traded at a dealership at a substantially lower price . Quite honestly, we wanted to keep it and not take on car payments so i think chrysler should pay us money. While i think vw lying about fuel and catalytic converters is wrong, i don't think that would have endangered my son's life like this did. Three times he lost power which was unacceptable and after the way this was handled, there will be no more chrysler products for us. |
