Description of the problem	Two issues occurred that are likely the result of the same electrical problem with the vehicle. The first is the headlights will intermittently turn off without warning or cause. The second, the more recent of the two problems, is the entire dashboard will light up then power down completely. The vehicle still runs (engine) but all gauges drop as if the vehicle were off, a/c shuts off, radio shuts off, etc. When reported to the dealership they say they've never heard of it, although a brief online search turned up dozens and dozens of similar instances.
