Description of the problem	Re: p41/nhtsa 14v-438 on two occasions (1/23/2015) (3/19/2015) the key slipped out of the ignition while the car was in motion. Both times resulted in loss of power, steering & brakes. I have called my local chrysler dealer several times and have been told the "free recall" switches are not available yet, but i could make an appointment for service if i paid for the replacement and labor. This recall was issued in sept 2014. I am waiting for a resolution to this problem. Can you assist?
