Description of the problem	Since i got the recall notice from chrysler and i immediately call them to make an appointment but before i went they told me they didn't have the part for the car. They told me to wait until they got the part. So i waited. Today (november 20) my car didn't start when i tried to start it and the car made a clicking sound. So i gave up and when i turn it all off and took the key from the switch, the car still made the beeping sound like if the key was still in the switch. So i locked my car and this evening i went to get something from my car and the battery is dying. So now i can't go to work tomorrow because my car isn't starting. I just recently called chrysler and they told me that they can't do anything because they didn't have the part and they told me they can't give me a rental because they don't give them for recalls and they told me to call the chrysler main phone and i did. Chrysler said that they couldn't give a rental car because it's not for the recall and they said they couldn't do anything to fix my car until they make the part. So now i have a broken jeep outside parked.
