Description of the problem	I received the safety recall notice n23/nhtsa 13v-175 in the mail and called a local dealership to try to schedule a service appointment to have this corrected. The dealership is don white's timonium chrysler jeep dodge located in cockeysville, md. I called on the phone twice to attempt to schedule this service and was disconnected both times. Then, i proceeded to try and schedule an appointment online thru their live chat service and was told that i would be contacted by the service department to confirm my appointment, but i never was. I just thought someone should know the lack of professionalism i experienced and the message i received from this experience is, "we do not want to deal with your safety recall." i have since scheduled an appointment at another local dealership.
